Travis Page D.O.
Travis grew up in the small farming community of Vale, Oregon. He was raised by parents who were teachers and farmers; and who instilled valuable work and educational ethics into their children. Travis attended Ricks College, went on a 2 year LDS mission to Oklahoma City, OK in 1994 and then attended Brigham Young University with completion his B.S. in Microbiology in 1999. He and his wife, Misty then moved to the Bay area in California to pursue his medical education at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine.
After graduating from medical school, he then completed his medical residency from the Family Practice Residency of Idaho with a Rural Training Track in Caldwell, Idaho at West Valley Medical Center in 2006. Currently he and his wife reside in Nyssa, Oregon along with their three children. Travis enjoys spending time with his family, ranching with his father, hunting pheasants and doing some occasional fly fishing with his oldest brother on the Owyhee River.
Travis is excited to be back in the Caldwell area and looks forward to the future in urgent care.
Jonathan Pittard PA-C
Jonathan grew up in our community of Caldwell, ID. He is from a family of seven kids, whose parents taught them resiliency and ambition to achieve their goals. Jonathan graduated from Vallivue High School in 2000, and shortly after left to Hungary to serve a 2 year LDS mission. From 2002 to 2004 he attended Big Bend Community College where he played basketball with his brothers Jeff and Mark. Jonathan married his wife in 2004 and together they transferred to BSU, where he graduated with a BS in biology.
Jonathan entered the ISU PA program and received his masters in 2009. Since 2011, Jonathan has co-owned and operated Physicians Immediate Care Center in Twin Falls, Idaho. His dream has always been to give back to the community that gave him the tools to achieve his goals. Jonathan still enjoys playing basketball, water sports, and most importantly creating memories with his family.
Jeremy Willes PA-C
Jeremy was born and raised in Pocatello, Idaho. He comes from a family of 3 children, and parents who worked for the Union Pacific Railroad, and in education. He graduated from Highland High School and began his studies at Idaho State University. He interrupted these studies to serve a 2 year LDS mission to Vienna, Austria. Upon returning home, he finished his bachelors degree in Psychology at ISU, and moved to Pittsburgh, PA. to compete his graduate studies at Chatham University where he received his Masters in Physician Assistant Studies. After graduation , he continued to live in Pittsburgh and practice until he moved to Las Vegas, and then to the Twin Falls area. In addition to working at Caldwell Immediate Care, Jeremy is also a co-owner/operator of Physicians Immediate Care in Twin Falls, ID.
Jeremy is married to his wife Jennifer, and has 4 children. He enjoys golf and watching his beloved Pittsburgh Steelers in his free time.
